About John Tuohy
My Name is John Tuohy and I am the owener of JT Garden & Grounds Maintenance which is based just outside Tipperary town.
I have had a passion for horticulture from a very young age and has grown with me ever since while in secondary school.
I worked part time in my local nurseries Dundrum nurseries. From that I went on to study horticulture in Kildalton College in 2008 after which I took a small break and came back stronger in the maintenance sector in general.
Since then, I have been a grounds man in the country’s biggest racing yard which was a great experience.
From there, went on to be a grounds foreman with one of the countrys leading landscaping companies which in-turn gave me the motivation to go out on my own.

Planting
At JT Garden & Grounds Maintenance, we plant trees, hedging, lawns, seeding and roll out.
Hard Surfaces
Providing hard surface maintenance such as weed control, moss control, litter control and leaf collection.
General
We offer a wide range of maintenance services from hedge and shrub care, pruning, re-shaping, feeding, fertilizing and hedge trimming.
Grass Maintenance
We have many different plans available as clients vary, we carry out mulching, cut and collect options.
Power Washing
We carry out an effective power washing service to patios, drive ways and all other house areas catered for.
